YLI Privacy Policy

Disclosure: YLI will not disclose to outside parties any personally identifiable information obtained
from the submission of an email inquiry without the consent of the applicant (except as required by subpoena or other legal
process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the customer or others). When YLI uses agents, contractors or other
companies to perform services on its behalf, YLI will require that they protect your personally identifiable information
consistent with this Policy.
Responses to Email Inquiries: When Visitors send email inquiries to YLI, the return email address is used to
answer the email inquiry we receive. YLI does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share
the return email address with any third party, except fellow participants on your Class Roster, access to which is
restricted to "YLI Members" only. The term "YLI Members" includes members of a participant’s
YLI Class, as well as members of the YLI Committee and the Foundation’s Board of Trustees.
Improper Conduct: YLI may use identifiable information from an applicant or participant to investigate and
help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activity that threatens the network or otherwise violates this agreement
for service.
Updates: YLI may amend the Privacy Policy from time to time. These changes will be posted online and take
effect as soon as they are posted. |

POLIOPLUS, among numerous others, collectively the "Rotary Marks," are registered trademarks of Rotary
International, 1560 Sherman Avenue, Evanston, Illinois 60602, USA. All rights reserved.
RI owns the trademarks for the use and benefit of all Rotarians. By complying with the guidelines for the use of the
Rotary Marks you are helping to protect the Rotary Marks for all Rotarians into the future. The use of any of the
Rotary Marks in any manner not authorized by the Constitution and Bylaws of Rotary International, or by action of the
Rotary International Board of Directors, is forbidden and all Rotary districts, clubs, individual Rotarians and other

bulletin boards, lists or other venues connected with our site (collectively, "Forums") are not
necessarily those of the Foundation or its affiliates and the Foundation makes no representations or
warranties regarding such posted materials.
Users should be aware that our Forums are public, not private communications. When you voluntarily disclose
personal information on our Forums, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in

to principles of conflict of laws. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state
courts sitting in Johnson County, Kansas or the federal courts in the Easter District of Kansas to resolve
any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions contain the complete agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter
hereof, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether oral or written. The
failure or delay of the Foundation to exercise any of its rights under these Terms and Conditions or upon any
breach of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of those rights or of the breach.
If any of these Terms and Conditions shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law,
that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions of the Terms
and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Foundation, its affiliates, Rotary International, The Rotary Foundation,
the Overland Park Rotary Club, and their respective officers, employees and assigns, from any claim, demand, or damage,
including reasonable attorneys’ fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the Site.
